Calibration Gases

Our independently audited and certified laboratory uses NIST, USA traceable high accuracy scales combined with the state-of-the-art cylinder preparation techniques to ensure most accurate and stable mixture in the industry. Each blend conforms to a strict set of quality-assurance measures and standard operating procedures.

Our laboratories also employ most sensitive instrumentation and reference gases to accurately analyze all of the raw materials used in the manufacture of calibration gases. This allows for the correction of any cross contamination and ensures that our customers receive the most accurate mixtures possible. This is especially important in hydrocarbon mixtures where impurities can alter the final composition of mixture.

SGC offer 2 grades of mixtures to meet the level of accuracy for your laboratory or production process;

  1. 1

    SGC Primary Standard:

    Precisely blended mixtures using the most advance gravimetric techniques, resulting in the high accuracy of gas and liquid mixtures available. NIST, USA traceable weights are used to calibrate the high precision scales. Blend tolerance and certificate accuracy is more tighter than Premium Standard (Please refer SGC Mixtures Grade Table)

  2. 2

    SGC Premium Standard/ SGC Certified Mixtures:

    Mixtures prepared by automated filling operations, using gravimetric method. They are then analyzed using reference standard gases. The results of which reported on the Certificate of Analysis (COA).
